			<description><![CDATA[ i am looking for information on a problem i am having with the fuel delivery system.  it seems like the fuel pressure bleeds off and will not pressurize.  the
only way to get the engine running is with the use of starting fluid.  it has a new mechanical fuel pump and carburator.  if anyone has any advice or
